Asbestos (already required): the owner must provide a certificate of attendance or non-presence of asbestos at the purchaser. The notary will require the production of this certificate to sign the sale agreement.
The requirement applies to all research the built assets (except those whose license to construct is after July 1, 1997), regardless of their assignment (residential, commercial, ...). For a condominium property, such research should be conducted in public areas and private areas.
If asbestos is present, the diagnosis must show the state of conservation of materials and products.
Based on the results, the requirement varies from a simple need for periodic inspection of the preservation of items containing asbestos, to carry out work to remove asbestos. In the absence of
statement attached, the seller can not exonerate warranty against hidden defects.
